TEKTONE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES FOUNDATION, INC. exists to provide market-demanded skills, knowledge and attitudes to global Albayano and Bicolano workers of the metals and engineering, construction, tourism and related sectors that will empower them to become significant contributors to the growth of their firms and consequently, of their particular industries.
TEKTONE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES FOUNDATION, INC. envisions itself as the premier provider of globally-competitive skilled workers in construction, tourism and related sectors while helping uplift the quality of life of Bicolanos.
During the next five years, TEKTONE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES FOUNDATION, INC. shall:
• Train highly-skilled middle-level manpower for workers of the metals and
engineering, construction, tourism and related sectors;
• Develop relevant curricula and training delivery packages for workers that are
responsive to recent and critical changes in the technologies and work conditions
in these sectors;
• Assess and facilitate the certification or accreditation of workers;
• Assist in the placement and referral of graduates of its training programs to
employers;
• Create and nurture partnerships with entities that share related or similar
programs or activities with the Foundation.
