City Government of Legazpi – coordinates its need for specialized welders, upgrading of the graduates of its basic welding programs, and provision of manpower for some of its projects with the Foundation. The City Government of Legazpi is under the leadership of Hon. Noel E. Rosal.
LGU Legazpi Training Center – refers its graduates in basic welding to the Foundation for upgrading and referral for possible job.
City Government of Tabaco – refers graduates of its basic welding scholarship program at Malilipot Training Center to the Foundation for upgrading and referral for possible job.
