Tektone Global Technologies Foundation, INc. is a foundation duly registered
with the Philippine Stock Exchange Commission with SEC Registration
No. CN200829621 last July 27, 2008.

Our Objectives

1. To train manpower to acquire skills for livelihood and industry demanded      qualifications both local and abroad;
2. To operate a technical-vocational institution that will develop or enhance      middle-level manpower for industries with significant demand for skilled workers      both local and abroad;
3. To operate an assessment center for technical-vocational qualifications; ..
4. To initiate, assist, contribute and render scientific, technical, financial, managerial      and organizational studies, support and network to national government      agencies,private corporations, local government units, non-governmental      organizations,cooperatives, indigenous communities, religious groups and other      people's organizations for the conduct of technical-vocational trainings and      enhancement of human resources;
5. To create partnerships with industry firms, employers and local government units      both local and abroad along curriculum development, manpower training,      competency assessment, placement/referral of graduates, graduate tracers,      community development and technology transfer through the aforementioned      technical-vocational institution;
6. To accept, acquire, hold and administer gifts, contributions, endowments, grants,      bequest and/or devices in the form of real or personal property from individuals,      private and public corporations, governmental and non-governmental      organizations, foundations, local and foreign, which are necessary and proper for      the attainment for the purpose, objectives of the foundation.
